Short-form video for apparel and fashion brands

Fit and drape are the objection, and fit is the one thing a synthetic performer genuinely can't sell. This page is mostly about where the line is.

The honest version first

Apparel is the category where AI-generated content is most limited, and pretending otherwise would waste your money. Fit is the purchase decision and the return driver, and fit is a claim about a real garment on a real body. A synthetic performer wearing a generated approximation of your product is not evidence of anything, and buyers in this category are unusually good at spotting it.

If what you need is a real person of a specific size showing how your item actually sits, hire a creator. We'll say so at intake rather than sell you around it.

What does work

Plenty of high-performing apparel content isn't a fit demonstration, and that's the part we're useful for:

  • Detail and construction — stitching, hardware, lining, fabric behaviour. Close, slow, and specific.
  • Styling and outfit-building, where the point is the combination rather than the fit of one piece.
  • Origin and process content: where it's made, why it costs what it costs, what the cheap version does differently.
  • Drop and restock announcements, which are cadence problems more than production problems.
  • Objection handling — sizing guidance, care, shrinkage, what to do if it's between sizes.

We'll also cut your existing lookbook and shoot footage into short-form and write to it, which is often the fastest win available: you've already paid for assets that are sitting unused in the wrong aspect ratio.

Returns are the economics

In apparel the content that reduces returns is worth more than the content that increases clicks, and almost nobody briefs for it. Sizing content, fabric-behaviour content and honest “this runs small” content lowers a cost that comes straight out of margin. If your return rate is the problem, say so at intake and we'll weight the batch toward it.
