Terms of Service

The packages

Every package is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no minimum term and nothing to cancel — you buy a batch, we deliver it, and that is the end of the arrangement unless you buy another. Ownership of finished content transfers to you on delivery: full commercial rights, every platform, no expiry, nothing to renew.

Delivery

We start the day your intake brief lands — there is no queue to join and no kickoff call to schedule. Business days are counted from that day, not from the day you paid, because the brief is what the work is built from.

• First batch ($50) — 3 business days
• Test ($250) — 5 business days
• Growth ($400) — 5 business days
• Partner ($1,500) — 10 business days

If we’re going to miss one of those windows we tell you before it passes, not after.

Refunds

Email us within 30 days of delivery on any package and we refund it in full, and you keep the files. The $50 first batch is credited against your next package rather than refunded.

How the content is made

Every video we produce is AI-generated. The actors are synthetic and the footage was not filmed. We label AI-generated content per Meta and TikTok requirements, and we will not produce fake testimonials or put words in the mouth of anyone presented as a real customer. This is a term of the agreement, not a marketing position: if what you need is a real person making a real claim about a real result, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so rather than fake it.

What we guarantee

We don’t guarantee performance, because nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work, the schedule, and that we’ll tell you when we think you shouldn’t buy.
