Every package is a one-off. You own the finished content outright on delivery, the refund window is 30 days on any package, and you keep the files either way.
The packages
Every package is a one-off purchase. There is no subscription, no minimum term and nothing to cancel — you buy a batch, we deliver it, and that is the end of the arrangement unless you buy another. Ownership of finished content transfers to you on delivery: full commercial rights, every platform, no expiry, nothing to renew.
Delivery
We start the day your intake brief lands — there is no queue to join and no kickoff call to schedule. Business days are counted from that day, not from the day you paid, because the brief is what the work is built from.
- First batch ($50) — 3 business days
- Test ($250) — 5 business days
- Growth ($400) — 5 business days
- Partner ($1,500) — 10 business days
If we’re going to miss one of those windows we tell you before it passes, not after.
Approval, and what happens if you don’t reply
Before anything is produced we send you the angles and the scripts, numbered, by email. You can approve them, strike any line you don’t want, or ask for a different direction. Nothing is produced from a script you struck.
If we haven’t heard from you within 2 business days of sending the plan, we produce what we proposed. That is deliberate: an approval step that can stall a project turns a fixed delivery date into an estimate, and the fixed date is part of what you bought. Silence costs you the chance to change the plan; it never costs you the deadline.
If you reply after that window with changes we haven't produced yet, we'll take them where we still can and tell you where we can't.
Changes to the finished batch
One round of changes is included on every package. Email us within 5 business days of delivery with what you want different and we re-cut it. Re-cuts are re-edits, new hooks and new openings on what we made — a different angle or a new script is a new batch, and we'll say so rather than quietly absorb it.
There is no charge for the round and no limit on how small a change can be. There is a limit of one, so that the schedule means something.
What you receive
One link to a folder that stays live. We don't use expiring transfers — you bought the files outright, and a link that dies in a fortnight would make that untrue.
- Every piece cut 9:16 for TikTok, Reels and Shorts, and 4:5 for Meta feed. Other ratios on request.
- Captions burned in, plus a clean version of each file without them.
- Post copy for every piece, with a separate opening line per platform.
- The posting calendar, and the written strategy the batch was built from.
- Source files on request, at any point.
Refunds
Email us within 30 days of delivery on any package and we refund it in full, and you keep the files. The $50 first batch is credited against your next package rather than refunded.
How the content is made
Every video we produce is AI-generated. The actors are synthetic and the footage was not filmed. We label AI-generated content per Meta and TikTok requirements, and we will not produce fake testimonials or put words in the mouth of anyone presented as a real customer. This is a term of the agreement, not a marketing position: if what you need is a real person making a real claim about a real result, we are the wrong supplier and we will say so rather than fake it.
What we guarantee
We don’t guarantee performance, because nobody honestly can. We guarantee the work, the schedule, and that we’ll tell you when we think you shouldn’t buy.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York and the applicable federal law of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute that can't be settled between us goes to the state or federal courts sitting in New York, and both of us agree to that venue.
Before either of us goes anywhere near a court, email us. Nearly everything that goes wrong on a project this size is a refund or a re-cut, both of which are already covered above and neither of which is worth a lawyer.
If you're a consumer somewhere whose local law gives you rights that can't be signed away in a contract, this section doesn't take them from you — nothing here does.
